This was my first attempt at texture painting in about ten years. I built the model in Maya, and painted the texture maps (color map, bump map, and dirt layer) in Photoshop. I laid out the UV's myself. Neil was a HUGE help, since he acted as my shading TD. He brought my model into 3DSMax and put a few finishing touches on it (like those ever-so-slightly rounded edges on the helmet). He incorporated my texture maps into a shader and rendered the whole thing out in Brazil. He was also a great source of advice and hugs.
